Pick up an open shift
- Tap Open at the bottom of the screen. A red number means shifts are waiting.
- Under Shifts Needing Coverage, you'll see each shift's date, time, role, and department. Unassigned shifts have no one on them yet. Drop Request shifts are ones a coworker needs covered.
- Tap Claim on the shift you want.
- Your claim goes to your manager for approval. Once it's approved, the shift moves to your schedule and shows up in Shifts.
