Four ways to tell your manager when you can work:
- General Weekly Availability (in Profile) — your usual week, like "never Tuesdays" or "after 4pm on weekdays."
- Monthly Availability (the Availability tab) — the dates next month you can and can't work. Submit it before the schedule is built.
- Time Off Requests (in Profile) — specific days off that your manager approves. Use this once the schedule is already out, or for vacation.
- Seasonal Availability (in Profile) — the first and last dates you're available this season.
This guide covers Monthly Availability.
- Tap Availability at the bottom of the screen. It opens on the month you're submitting for. Use the arrows at the top right to change months.
- Every day starts as Open, meaning you can work any time. Tap a day to change it:
- Tap once — Unavailable, you can't work that day
- Tap twice — Partial, you can work part of the day
- Tap again — back to Open
- For each partial day, choose Until, Mid-Day, or After, then pick the time. For example, "After 4pm" means you're free from 4pm on.
- Tap Submit when you're done. If you're making changes, the button says Resubmit Schedule.
Deadline: each month's availability is due by the 21st of the month before. You can make changes until then; the banner at the top shows the date. Days already on your schedule show in blue.
